XMBテーマ 「Oblivion's Coding - 3.80」です
アイコンに漢字を使っていて、海外作品としては珍しいです
が、漢字の選択がかなりダークです・・・
DLはここからどぞ～
3.80用となってますが、3.90でも一応大丈夫そうです（私の3.90M33-2のPSPで入れてますが最小構成で表示してますので、全部のファイルを入れるとどうなるか・・・）
基本3.80用ということでお願いします

hello I am professor fate the on who made this theme.
about the lettering since I'm from the west my knowledge on the meaning of characters is very limited. however I wanted to try and give the meaning of impending doom to the theme. which is why I used such dark lettering.

Hello thank you for the author himself coming all the way.
It was made for such reasons.
It is suitable for the image of ruin and very wonderful though thinks the use of the Chinese character to be difficult.
Please hold out in the future.

haha. yeah I figured that no matter what I did it's going to translate weird.
I was thinking of doing this till reading your original post, but for the 3.90 version I'll add in a version with out the lettering. ;) not having the letting will clean up the theme a little bit.
I hope the translation wasn't to... dark.
